Kirana ($9.99/mo) covers fee, Buy Box, listing, account health and order alerts. Godown ($19/mo) includes all of that and adds reimbursement recovery, held funds alerts, payout confirmations, profit margin alerts and the Money screen in the app.

Every six hours, we reconcile your FBA inventory and shipment records against Amazon's ledger. When we find units Amazon lost, damaged or destroyed and never paid you for, you get a notification with the estimated amount owed and the days left to file. For most loss types, Amazon closes the claim window at 60 days.

Amazon sometimes defers part of a payout into a reserve without telling you. We notify you when the held amount crosses your threshold. On the Godown plan, you can set the threshold to a dollar amount in Settings → Notification Preferences.

When an Amazon settlement posts, we send you the settled amount and the period it covers, so you don't have to log in to Seller Central to check.

We calculate each SKU's margin after fees, cost of goods and advertising, compare it with the previous period, and notify you when it drops by more than your threshold.

Godown starts a reimbursement scan of your seller account against Amazon's records, whether it begins with a trial or a payment. Your dashboard shows the scan's progress (Requesting, Fetching, Parsing, Matching) and lists money Amazon owes you as the scan finds it.

Every 6 hours we pull your FBA fee estimates through Amazon's official SP-API and compare them with the previous snapshot. If a fee changed, you get a push notification with the old and new amounts and the difference per unit.

We monitor eight fee types separately: fulfillment, referral, pick & pack, weight handling, order handling, delivery services, variable closing and fixed closing. The alert tells you which fee changed and by how much, so you can decide whether to dispute it or change your price.

Within about a minute. Amazon sends a notification when your offer loses Buy Box eligibility, and we push it to your phone with the Buy Box price next to yours.

Within about a minute of Amazon changing the issues on a listing, we send an alert naming the SKU and what Amazon did: suppressed it, rejected an attribute, removed the catalogue item, or hid it from search. You get a second alert when the listing recovers.

We alert you within about a minute when Amazon changes your account status: at risk of deactivation, deactivated, or back in good standing.

When an order comes in, we send the order number, the SKU and the number of units sold. You can filter order alerts by SKU, fulfilment channel or minimum item count.

When a buyer cancels an order, we send you the order number.

By default it's roughly half your average weekly payout over the last 8 weeks. You can change it to any dollar amount in Settings.

Connect your Amazon store through Amazon's OAuth flow, which takes about 60 seconds. We then monitor your seller account through the official Amazon SP-API, and when a fee changes, you lose the Buy Box or a payout is held, you get a push notification. We only read your account data and never make changes to your Amazon store.

We connect through Amazon's official SP-API with OAuth2. We never see or store your Amazon password, only API tokens, and you can revoke our access at any time in Seller Central.

Trial availability and length are decided by your App Store or Google Play account and shown at checkout. Where one is offered you get every feature of your plan during it, and billing is monthly through the store afterwards.

Yes. We monitor both FBA and FBM listings. You get buy box alerts, order notifications, and listing issue alerts regardless of your fulfillment method. FBA fee monitoring applies specifically to FBA listings.

On iOS, use the in-app Delete Account flow in Settings. On Android, use the same in-app flow or Google Play's uninstall-reason survey. Either way, your account, stores, and notification history are permanently deleted.
