Every six hours, we reconcile your FBA inventory and shipment records against Amazon's ledger. When we find units Amazon lost, damaged, or destroyed and never paid you for, you'll get a notification with the estimated amount owed and days left to file - Amazon quietly closes the window at 60 days.

Amazon sometimes defers part of a payout into a reserve without telling you. We'll notify you when the held amount crosses your threshold so a large deferral never blindsides your cashflow. Set the threshold as a fixed dollar amount in Settings → Notification Preferences on the Godown plan.
